The role will be responsible for fleet planning and deployment, route optimization, fleet sourcing and hiring, vendor management, fleet utilization, cost management, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operational execution.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in North Fleet Operations, along with expertise in fleet management, vendor management, sourcing, hiring, route planning, and fleet optimization.

- Manage complete fleet operations across the North region.
- Handle end-to-end fleet management, planning, and deployment.
- Plan routes and optimize vehicle movement for operational efficiency.
- Ensure proper vehicle alignment based on operational requirements.
- Manage fleet sourcing, hiring, onboarding, and deployment.
- Manage fleet vendors, including negotiation and performance monitoring.
- Ensure fleet availability and optimal fleet utilization.
- Monitor operational efficiency, productivity, and fleet performance.
