Accenture is hiring for US Talent Acquisition / Recruitment roles in Mumbai – Airoli. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, stakeholder management and onboarding.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Source and screen candidates
- Coordinate with stakeholders throughout hiring
- Support candidate onboarding
- Manage recruitment activities for international roles
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- CL 10: 5+ years of experience; US recruitment experience is mandatory
- CL 11: 3+ years of end-to-end Talent Acquisition experience from sourcing to onboarding; international recruitment experience is mandatory
- CL 12: 1+ year of end-to-end Talent Acquisition experience from sourcing to onboarding; international recruitment experience is mandatory
- Work from office in Mumbai – Airoli
- Night shift: 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM / 9-hour shift with 2 weekly offs
