Visaka Industries Limited is looking for an experienced Vice President – HR to lead its Corporate & Plant HR functions from Hyderabad.
The ideal candidate should have 20+ years of HR experience, preferably within the manufacturing sector, with strong exposure to managing HR across multiple manufacturing plants as well as Corporate HR functions.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership across Corporate and Plant HR functions.
- Lead Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning initiatives.
- Drive and oversee the Performance Management System (PMS).
- Manage Employee Relations and Employee Engagement initiatives.
- Lead Learning, Training and Development programs.
- Drive Succession Planning and Talent Management initiatives.
- Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to applicable Labour Laws.
- Oversee Compensation & Benefits programs and processes.
- Manage Leave and Time Management processes.
- Develop and strengthen HR policies, processes and governance frameworks.
🎓 Eligibility
- 20+ years of professional experience in Human Resources.
- Strong experience in senior HR leadership roles.
- Manufacturing sector experience is preferred.
- Strong exposure to managing HR across multiple manufacturing plants.
- Experience leading Corporate HR functions.
- Strong understanding of employee relations, labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience across talent management, PMS, L&D and workforce planning.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking and stakeholder-management capabilities.
