Eatskart is hiring a Merchant Operations Manager – Catalog for its Kolkata – East team. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end merchant catalog readiness and go-live, ensuring catalog quality, onboarding efficiency, technology integration readiness, and smooth coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Marketplace Operations, Merchant Operations, E-commerce, Food-Tech, or Catalog Operations with the ability to manage operational KPIs, escalations, process improvements, and catalog operations teams.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end merchant catalog readiness and go-live.
- Manage the merchant onboarding pipeline and ensure timely TAT.
- Drive catalog/menu quality and configuration accuracy.
- Manage POS and technology integration readiness.
- Handle cross-functional escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Track Go-Live TAT, Accuracy, and First-Time-Right KPIs.
- Identify opportunities to improve SOPs, processes, and automation.
- Lead and manage the Catalog Operations team.
🎓 Eligibility
- 3–6 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in Marketplace Operations, Merchant Operations, E-commerce, Food-Tech, or Catalog Operations.
- Strong understanding of merchant onboarding and catalog operations.
- Ability to manage operational TAT and quality-related KPIs.
- Strong cross-functional coordination and escalation management skills.
- Experience in leading or managing an operations team will be valuable.
