📝 Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to manage end-to-end warehouse operations, drive operational efficiency, and ensure inventory accuracy.
The role involves managing warehouse operations, inventory control, manpower, operational KPIs, order fulfilment, process compliance and continuous improvement.
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
- Oversee inventory management, stock reconciliation and cycle counting.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and control shrinkage, damages and stock discrepancies.
- Lead, train and manage warehouse teams and manpower planning.
- Monitor operational KPIs, productivity and warehouse performance.
- Ensure timely order fulfilment and dispatch.
- Implement SOPs, safety standards and housekeeping practices.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Transport, Procurement and Operations teams.
- Prepare MIS reports and analyse operational data using MS Excel.
- Drive process improvements and cost optimisation.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- 6–10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in FMCG, E-commerce, Retail or 3PL environments.
- Experience managing end-to-end warehouse operations.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and stock reconciliation.
- Experience with warehouse teams and manpower planning.
- Ability to monitor operational KPIs and warehouse performance.
- Experience with SOPs, safety standards and housekeeping practices.
- Strong MS Excel and MIS reporting skills.
