The role involves handling plant HR, manpower planning, employee relations, labour law and statutory compliance, employee engagement, grievance handling and HR MIS.

✅ Eligibility Criteria
- 7–10 years of relevant HR experience.
- MBA/PGDM - HR qualification.

- Knowledge of labour law and statutory compliance.
- Experience in employee engagement and grievance handling.
