We are looking for an experienced AGM – Finance for a position based in Gurgaon, with a CTC of ₹15–20 LPA.
The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts with strong expertise across accounting, financial reporting, taxation, audits, MIS, budgeting, cash flow, working capital, internal controls and team management.
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounting and financial reporting.
- Handle GST, TDS and Income Tax activities.
- Manage statutory and tax audits.
- Prepare and manage MIS, budgeting and forecasting.
- Monitor cash flow and working capital.
- Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance.
- Lead and manage the finance team.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 10+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
- MBA Finance / CMA / CA Inter preferred.
- Strong experience in end-to-end accounting and financial reporting.
- Experience with GST, TDS and Income Tax.
- Experience in statutory and tax audits.
- Strong understanding of MIS, budgeting and forecasting.
- Experience in cash flow and working capital management.
- Experience in internal controls and compliance.
- Experience in team management.
- Candidates with Mining, Coal, Infrastructure, EPC or project-based industry experience will be preferred.
