Job Description
The AM / Manager – Business Planning Analysis will support business performance monitoring through KPI tracking, reporting, financial analysis, and management dashboards. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying growth opportunities, and preparing actionable insights and presentations for leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Track business KPIs, analyze performance trends, and identify growth opportunities.
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly business reporting and dashboards.

Eligibility Criteria
- CA or MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in business planning, financial analysis, or management reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of Power BI and AI tools is preferred.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and financial modelling skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
