- Lead blue-collar and white-collar hiring across business functions.

- Track hiring analytics, cost per hire (CPH), recruitment pipelines, and productivity.
- Lead the Talent Acquisition team and improve regional hiring performance.

- 5–7 years of relevant Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience.
- Strong experience in both blue-collar and white-collar hiring.
