Ujjivan Small Finance Bank is looking for an experienced Area Collections Manager – Micro Banking to drive its Micro Banking business in Bangalore.
The role requires strong experience in core collections and banking, along with significant experience working in the Bangalore market. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving preventive collections, monitoring receivables, coordinating with collection teams, and executing collection-related activities across the area.
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Drive preventive collections in the assigned area.
- Monitor receivables and collections with appropriate details from the team.
- Follow up with branch staff, Cluster Managers, Agency Managers, and field collection staff to monitor and track collection status.
- Plan and execute different activities such as Lok Adalat, Conciliation, LRN, Section 138, etc.
- Handle a minimum team size of 6 Cluster Managers, Agency Managers, and 70 Collection Officers.
- Drive collection performance and monitor the status of activities across the assigned area.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate.
- 8–12 years of experience in core collections.
- Strong knowledge of Banking.
- 5–8 years of experience working in the Bangalore market.
- Experience managing large collection teams.
- Ability to manage a minimum team size involving 6 Cluster Managers, Agency Managers, and 70 Collection Officers.
