Zouk, a 100% vegan and cruelty-free lifestyle brand growing across D2C, marketplaces and offline retail, is hiring a Team Lead – HR Business Partner in Mumbai.
As Zouk scales, the role will contribute to building a people function that is strong on fundamentals and closely connected with teams across the office and shop floor.
This is a broad HR role involving business partnering, HR operations, compliance, people analytics, performance, retention and culture-building initiatives.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders on organizational design.
- Support performance management and employee retention.
- Own HR operations and compliance activities.
- Support the transition to the new Labour Codes.
- Build and manage people dashboards used by founders.
- Contribute to shaping company culture and people rituals.
- Work closely with teams across the office and shop floor.
- Handle operational HR matters and employee-related escalations.
- Partner with founders and business leaders on people-related priorities.
🎓 Eligibility & Qualifications
- MBA in HR from a reputed B-school.
- 3–4 years of experience across HR Operations and HR Business Partnering.
- Experience in a growth-stage startup, D2C brand or a company known for strong people practices.
- High ownership and strong drive.
- Ability to work across strategic and operational HR requirements.
- Fast learner who welcomes candid feedback.
- Willingness to work hands-on across HR responsibilities.
