Sterling Hospitals is looking for an experienced HR professional for the position of Assistant Manager - HR Operations at Gurukul, Ahmedabad.
The role involves managing end-to-end HR Operations, covering the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, along with payroll, attendance, employee reimbursements, training coordination, HR MIS and documentation readiness.
Hospital experience is preferred, and early joiners are preferred for this opportunity.
π― Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
- Handle payroll, attendance and employee reimbursements.
- Coordinate employee induction and training programs.
- Support NABH audits and ensure HR documentation readiness.
- Prepare HR MIS and reports using Advanced Excel.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.
- Coordinate effectively with employees and internal stakeholders.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- 3–8 years of relevant HR experience.
- MBA in HR qualification required.
- Strong HR Operations and payroll knowledge.
- Hospital / Healthcare HR experience will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Advanced Excel and MIS reporting.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Early joiners are preferred.
