TeamLease RegTech is looking for a dynamic HR professional with 3+ years of experience across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and HRBP functions.
The role combines end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, HR analytics, performance management and employee engagement, with preferred experience in SaaS Sales and IT Hiring.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.
- Source, screen and interview candidates.
- Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Partner with hiring managers on workforce and hiring requirements.
- Manage onboarding, offboarding and HR operations.
- Handle employee relations and grievance management.
- Maintain HR dashboards, MIS and reports using Advanced Excel.
- Analyze HR data and provide actionable insights.
- Support performance management initiatives.
- Support employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage stakeholder communication and coordination.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 3+ years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and HRBP functions.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.
- Experience sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers on workforce and hiring requirements.
- Experience managing onboarding, offboarding and HR operations.
- Experience handling employee relations and grievance management.
- Working knowledge of HRIS / ATS and HR policies.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in SaaS Sales & IT Hiring is preferred.
