Dalmia Bharat is hiring an experienced HR Professional for its Greenfield Cement Grinding Unit at Daund, Pune.
The role requires hands-on experience across Oracle HCM, employee lifecycle management, performance management, employee engagement, exit management, industrial relations and HR compliance.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee lifecycle activities.
- Work on Performance Management System (PMS).
- Drive employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle exit management activities.
- Manage Industrial Relations (IR).
- Ensure HR compliance requirements are met.
- Work hands-on with Oracle HCM.
- Support HR activities within the Greenfield Cement Grinding Unit.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 4+ years of relevant HR experience.
- MBA from a reputed institute.
- Hands-on experience in Oracle HCM.
- Experience in Employee Lifecycle Management.
- Experience with Performance Management System (PMS).
- Experience in Employee Engagement.
- Experience in Exit Management.
- Experience in Industrial Relations (IR).
- Good understanding of HR Compliance.
- Candidates with relevant plant/factory HR experience will be preferred.
