Lalbaba Engineering Limited is hiring for the position of Assistant Manager / Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition & HR Operations at its Corporate Office in Kolkata.
The role covers Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, bulk hiring strategy, HR documentation and MIS, HR metrics, recruitment automation through HRMS, induction, orientation and employee engagement activities.
The selected candidate may need to travel to the plants in West Bengal as and when required.
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Manage TAT-based hiring activities with strong hiring exposure.
- Handle HR Operations responsibilities.
- Develop and execute Talent Strategy for Bulk Hiring.
- Manage HR documentation and MIS.
- Track and manage HR Metrics related to Talent Acquisition.
- Support recruitment automation through HRMS.
- Conduct Induction and Orientation Programmes.
- Organize team-building and employee engagement activities.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 5–7 years of relevant experience.
- Graduate / BBA / MBA qualification.
- English medium background preferred.
- Strong experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good understanding of Compensation and Benefits.
- Willingness to travel to plants in West Bengal as and when required.
