📝 Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Warehouse to join the warehouse operations team at Dankuni, West Bengal.
The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, smooth fulfilment, process adherence, team management and operational efficiency.
Selected candidates will undergo 15–20 days of initial training at the existing warehouse in Dhulagarh, West Bengal.
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations and fulfilment activities.
- Ensure inventory accuracy, stock control and reconciliation.
- Manage B2B and B2C warehouse operations.
- Drive adherence to SOPs and operational processes.
- Monitor productivity, KPIs and operational performance.
- Manage and develop warehouse team members.
- Handle returns, RTO and reverse logistics activities.
- Drive process improvement and operational discipline.
- Ensure safety, compliance and 5S standards at the warehouse.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 6–7+ years of experience in warehouse / fulfilment operations.
- Experience in FMCG, D2C, E-commerce or multi-channel fulfilment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management.
- Experience with WMS / ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good team management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to manage B2B and B2C warehouse operations.
