Jumbotail is hiring an Associate - Partner Success (Team J24) in Bangalore to manage and strengthen relationships with its network of J24 convenience store entrepreneurs. The role involves partner relationship management, financial analysis, operational problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
The ideal candidate should be metrics-driven, empathetic, and comfortable working with people and numbers. Experience in FMCG and grocery retail is highly valued.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Partner Relationship: Serve as the main point of contact for store entrepreneurs, building trust-based relationships and ensuring high partner satisfaction.
- Profitability Driver: Conduct detailed financial analysis of store P&Ls to identify margin leaks, maintain operational discipline, and maximize entrepreneur earnings.
- Issue Resolution: Identify operational bottlenecks, day-to-day grievances, and inefficiencies in store operations and resolve them quickly and effectively.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to streamline operational support and improve the day-to-day experience for store partners.
🎓 Eligibility & Qualifications
- Any Graduate can apply.
- Experience: 0–3 years.
- Good command of MS Excel.
- Strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be able to speak conversational Kannada.
- Experience in FMCG and grocery retail is highly valued.
