💼 Open Positions
1. Operations Lead
- Experience: 4–8 Years
- Lead the Operations and Customer Delight team of 15+ members.
- Drive operational excellence and exceptional customer experience.
- Build high-performing teams and lead initiatives supporting the company's growth.
- Report directly to the Founder.
2. Logistics Lead
- Experience: 1–4 Years
- Lead the Logistics team of 6+ members.
- Own end-to-end logistics operations and key partner relationships.
- Build and scale the logistics network.
- Drive faster deliveries, greater efficiency, and new logistics initiatives.
- Report to the Operations Lead with close exposure to the founders.
🎓 Eligibility & Qualifications
- Operations Lead: 4–8 years of experience.
- Logistics Lead: 1–4 years of experience.
- Experience relevant to operations, logistics, customer experience, or team management would be relevant to the respective roles.
- Strong ownership and execution mindset.
- Ability to build and scale teams or operational processes.
