Job Description
BlueStone is looking for Regional Trainers to support employee development and retail excellence across its stores. The selected candidates will deliver classroom and on-the-job training, identify learning gaps, coach store teams, and monitor training effectiveness across their assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Knowledge Training: Conduct training sessions to improve employees' understanding of products and their features.
- Customer Service Training: Develop store teams' customer engagement and service skills.
- Selling Skills: Train employees on effective selling techniques and customer interactions.
- Brand Standards: Ensure employees understand and follow applicable brand standards.
- Classroom and On-the-Job Training: Deliver structured learning sessions and practical coaching at stores.
- Training Gap Identification: Identify development needs and provide constructive feedback.
- Training Effectiveness: Monitor training outcomes and coordinate with store teams.
- Regional Store Visits: Travel across assigned stores to deliver training and support employee development.
Eligibility Criteria
- 1–2 years of experience in Training, Learning and Development, Retail Training, or a similar role.
- Professional fluency in English is mandatory.
- Basic understanding of Hindi is required.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
- Comfortable reporting regularly to the assigned base store.
- Knowledge of the relevant local language is preferred for specified locations.
