We are looking for a hands-on Process Trainer to drive operational training and development across Quick Commerce Dark Stores in Bengaluru. The candidate will train new joiners and existing employees at all levels, ensuring process compliance, operational efficiency, and consistent implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
The role involves on-site training, employee skill development, operational performance monitoring, and coordination with Operations and HR teams. Candidates should be willing to travel across Bengaluru, with travel reimbursement provided.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct induction and process training for new joiners across all levels.
- Deliver refresher training and upskilling sessions for existing employees.
- Train Pickers, Team Leaders, Store Managers, and City Operations Teams.
- Provide training on order picking, inventory management, inbound and outbound processes, dispatch operations, and order fulfilment.
- Ensure employees understand and follow Dark Store SOPs, safety guidelines, and operational standards.
- Conduct on-site training visits across Bengaluru Dark Stores.
- Assess training effectiveness through practical evaluations, feedback, and performance monitoring.
- Identify skill gaps and implement corrective training plans.
- Coordinate with Operations and HR teams to identify training requirements.
- Maintain training attendance, assessment results, feedback, and training completion records.
- Monitor operational KPIs such as picking accuracy, order turnaround time, productivity, and error rates to measure training effectiveness.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Prior experience in Process Training, Operations Training, or Dark Store Operations.
- Quick Commerce, E-commerce, Warehouse, or Last-Mile Logistics experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of Dark Store workflows and operational processes.
- Experience training frontline employees, team leaders, and store management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct practical, on-the-job training at operational locations.
- Willingness to travel across Bengaluru as required.
