- Experience: 15+ Years.
- Seasoned operations leadership experience in Retail, F&B, QSR, Hospitality, Entertainment or Consumer Businesses.
- Strong experience managing large-scale, multi-location operations.
- Proven track record of driving revenue and profitability.
- Strong understanding of P&L and unit economics.
- Experience managing large frontline teams and senior operations leaders.
- Strong customer-first mindset.
- Experience building scalable processes and operational systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong business acumen, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
