Dexian is hiring a Reference Data Management Specialist – Operations in Mumbai for its global operations team supporting reference data management and regulatory processes.
The role is suited for professionals with a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and a passion for data quality. The position involves reference data management, research, corporate actions, data quality and regulatory compliance activities.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Create, maintain and validate client, issuer and vendor reference data.
- Conduct research and due diligence using public, regulatory and internal sources.
- Process corporate actions and manage entity hierarchy updates.
- Perform data quality checks and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Identify process improvements and support daily BAU activities.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 2–3 Years.
- Strong communication skills.
- Logical and analytical thinking.
- High attention to detail.
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude.
- Immediate notice period.
- Ability to work in a North America shift from 6:30 PM–3:30 AM IST.
