Anmol Industries Ltd. is hiring a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Officer in Kolkata to manage statutory registrations, regulatory approvals, licence renewals, and compliance requirements across its manufacturing operations.
The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of experience in statutory compliance, regulatory affairs, or licence management, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Manage FSSAI, Factory, and Trade Licence renewals.
- Handle Pollution Control Board consents, environmental clearances, and Groundwater NOCs.
- Manage Fire NOCs, Fire Safety Certificates, and Boiler Registrations.
- Ensure compliance with Legal Metrology regulations.
- Handle GST, EPFO, ESIC, and Professional Tax registrations and compliance.
- Coordinate with PESO and other regulatory authorities for approvals.
- Maintain statutory records, licences, certificates, and renewal trackers.
- Coordinate with government departments, consultants, and internal teams for approvals and inspections.
- Monitor regulatory updates and ensure timely implementation.
- Track statutory obligations and meet prescribed compliance deadlines.

- Graduate in any discipline.
- A degree or diploma in Law, Compliance, or a related field is an added advantage.
- 2–5 years of experience in statutory compliance, regulatory affairs, or licence management.
- Good understanding of factory-related statutory requirements, environmental regulations, and labour-related registrations.
- FMCG or manufacturing industry experience preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple licences, approvals, renewals, and compliance deadlines independently.
