Milan Laboratories India Private Limited is hiring an IT Senior Officer / Executive to support QC laboratory IT systems in a pharmaceutical environment. Candidates with 3–6 years of experience and knowledge of laboratory software, HPLC workstations, and pharmaceutical IT systems are encouraged to apply.
The role involves supporting laboratory applications, troubleshooting systems and networks, managing user access and backups, and supporting compliance with GMP, Computer System Validation (CSV), and data integrity requirements.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Support QC laboratory systems, HPLC workstations, and LIMS.
- Work with LabSolutions, Empower, OpenLab, Chromeleon, or similar HPLC software.
- Troubleshoot HPLC software, instrument connectivity, Windows systems, and networks.
- Manage Active Directory, user access, backups, and system inventory.
- Support CSV, GMP, Data Integrity, ALCOA+, and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
- Support internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.
- Coordinate with QC, QA, CSV teams, and instrument/software vendors.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- 3–6 years of relevant experience.
- B.E. / B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc. in IT/Computer Science, or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience supporting QC laboratory IT systems in a pharmaceutical environment is relevant to the role.
- Knowledge of HPLC software, LIMS, Windows administration, and networks.
- Understanding of CSV, GMP, data integrity, and audit support requirements.
