π Job Description
Croma is hiring a passionate Deputy Manager – HR (Cluster HRBP) for its retail business in Delhi NCR.
The role is focused on Retail HRBP operations and store people management, partnering with business leaders to support workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement and HR operations.
This is an Individual Contributor role on a Full-Time | Permanent basis.
π Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for store staffing requirements, including New Store Openings (NSOs).
- Drive talent acquisition through effective and innovative sourcing strategies.
- Partner with business leaders to ensure timely manpower fulfillment and workforce planning.
- Lead performance management processes, including talent reviews and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and Rewards & Recognition initiatives.
- Conduct regular store visits, employee connect sessions, and grievance resolution activities.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, SOPs, compliance requirements, audits, and HRMS processes.
- Manage payroll inputs, incentive administration, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Foster a high-performance, learning-oriented, and employee-centric work culture.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources / Industrial Relations.
- 3–6 years of experience as an HRBP in the Retail industry.
- Consumer Durables & IT Retail (CDIT) experience preferred.
- Prior experience as a Cluster HRBP or Area HRBP.
- Hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee relations, engagement, performance management, and store HR operations.
- Strong stakeholder management, business partnering, and communication skills.
- Female candidates who have managed the Delhi NCR market in the Retail/CDIT industry will be highly preferred.
