π Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced HR professional to manage core HR functions and support people initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
The Deputy Manager – HR will be responsible for recruitment, manpower planning, performance management, employee engagement, statutory compliance, industrial relations, HR policies, audits, HR MIS and continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.
π Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition and manpower planning.
- Manage performance management, KPI/KRA, appraisals and reviews.
- Drive employee engagement, retention and workplace culture initiatives.
- Ensure labour law and statutory compliance including PF, ESI, PT, Bonus and Gratuity.
- Handle Industrial Relations, grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, SOPs, processes and documentation.
- Coordinate HR audits and drive corrective actions.
- Prepare HR MIS covering manpower, recruitment, attrition, absenteeism, overtime, payroll and HR KPIs.
- Partner with HODs on manpower requirements and employee-related concerns.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and systems.
π Eligibility Criteria
- 10+ years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong experience across core HR functions.
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition and manpower planning.
- Knowledge of labour law and statutory compliance.
- Experience handling PF, ESI, PT, Bonus and Gratuity compliance.
- Experience in Industrial Relations, grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Experience in performance management, KPI/KRA, appraisals and reviews.
