Rockman Industries is hiring an experienced Deputy Manager – Production Planning and Control (PPC) for its facility in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan.
The position requires 12+ years of experience and a B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Candidates with experience in aluminium die casting or the auto components industry are preferred.
The role focuses on production and capacity planning, machine and manpower utilisation, material planning, inventory control, customer On-Time Delivery (OTD), PPC MIS, and cross-functional coordination.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Manage Production Planning and Control (PPC) activities.
- Coordinate production and capacity planning to support manufacturing requirements.
- Monitor machine, die, and manpower utilisation.
- Manage material planning, work-in-progress (WIP), inventory, and finished goods.
- Monitor customer On-Time Delivery (OTD) requirements.
- Prepare and maintain PPC MIS reports.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support production planning and execution.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience.
- B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in aluminium die casting or auto components is preferred.
