SML Mahindra Limited is looking for an experienced Industrial Engineering professional to lead productivity improvement, manpower optimization, capacity planning, line balancing, work measurement, plant layout, material flow, and manufacturing excellence initiatives across its manufacturing operations.
Only candidates with relevant Industrial Engineering experience will be considered. Applications from non-Industrial Engineering backgrounds will not be considered.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Industrial Engineering & Productivity Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve productivity and manufacturing efficiency.
- Work Measurement: Conduct work measurement and standard time studies.
- Line Balancing & Capacity Planning: Optimize production lines and assess manufacturing capacity.
- Manpower Planning: Drive manpower planning and optimization.
- Plant Layout & Material Flow: Improve plant layouts and material movement.
- Cost Reduction: Drive manufacturing cost reduction initiatives.
- IE Analytics: Develop dashboards and performance reports to monitor industrial engineering metrics.
- New Product / Process Introduction: Support new product and process introduction activities.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- More than 12 years of relevant Industrial Engineering experience.
- Degree in Industrial, Production, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Strong Industrial Engineering experience in manufacturing or automotive environments.
- Expertise in productivity improvement, capacity analysis, time studies, line balancing, and lean manufacturing.
- Strong analytical skills and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Only candidates with relevant Industrial Engineering backgrounds are eligible.
