NewSpace Research & Technologies is looking for an experienced Senior HR Operations Leader to drive end-to-end HR operations and strengthen people processes across the organization.
The ideal candidate should have extensive HR operations experience, strong knowledge of statutory compliance and labour laws, and expertise in compensation, payroll, HRIS, and HR analytics.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HR operations across the organization.
- Manage compensation benchmarking and total rewards.
- Oversee payroll, HRIS, and HR process automation.
- Ensure statutory compliance, labour law adherence, and audit readiness.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, background verification (BGV), exits, and retirals.
- Drive HR analytics and MIS reporting to support people-related decisions.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- 15–18 years of professional experience.
- MBA or PGDM in Human Resources.
- Strong experience in end-to-end HR operations.
- Relevant exposure to compensation, payroll, HRIS, statutory compliance, and HR analytics.
- Experience in aerospace, defence, UAV, or manufacturing is preferred.
