The available positions include Executive – Operations, Senior Executive – Operations, Lead, and Area Manager at locations across Bihar and Jharkhand.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Hub Management: Oversee daily hub opening and closing routines according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Shipment and Route Planning: Direct sorters, prepare runsheets and pickup sheets, and allocate shipments for bike and van deliveries.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate Wish Masters (delivery partners).
- Performance Monitoring: Track real-time operational performance against OKRs.
- ERP and Systems: Execute ERP transactions and maintain accurate operational records.
- Inventory Control: Maintain zero stock variance.
- Cash Management: Handle cash collection and complete daily reconciliation.
- Customer Service: Resolve delivery issues and address customer escalations.
- Non-Delivery Tracking: Monitor non-delivery cases and support a positive customer experience.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Education: B.Tech or MBA.
- Experience: Up to 3 years in logistics, supply chain, courier, or warehousing operations.
- Hands-on experience with ERP or WMS systems.
- Working knowledge of Excel and reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Focus on speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
