Zepto is seeking a Project Manager with strong technical project execution experience to manage site operations, coordinate contractors and vendors, and oversee project delivery from execution through handover.
The position requires experience in MEP/HVAC execution, electrical setups for large-scale MH/WH projects exceeding 1 lakh sq. ft., and interior fit-out and civil works. Candidates must be comfortable managing multiple sites and travelling extensively across the assigned region.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project and site execution, timelines, quality, and handover.
- Lead MEP and electrical execution across large-scale MH/WH projects.
- Manage interior fit-out and civil works.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure timely deployment of materials and manpower.
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor project progress.
- Drive snag closure and ensure smooth site handover.
- Manage multiple sites and travel across the assigned region.
🎓 Mandatory Requirements
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Strong MEP/HVAC execution experience.
- Experience in electrical setup for MH/WH projects exceeding 1 lakh sq. ft.
- Mandatory experience in interior fit-out and civil projects.
- Strong vendor coordination and site execution management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.

- Knowledge of MEP systems.
- Experience in warehouse or MH/WH projects.
- Experience in large-scale facility projects.
- Exposure to multi-site project execution and handover.
