An opportunity is available for an Executive – Line Haul under FTE | G5 in Assam and Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
The role focuses on Line Haul operations, performance monitoring, supply chain analysis, vendor performance management, ETA and delay analysis, reporting, RCA and operational coordination.
Candidates with 3–5 years of experience, preferably in Logistics, Line Haul or Supply Chain, with strong data analysis, reporting and coordination skills are suitable for this role.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage Line Haul (LH) operations and performance monitoring.
- Conduct Supply Chain ETA Breach analysis.
- Perform Speed – Weekly Analysis.
- Conduct CP Breach Analysis & Re-attribution.
- Perform Daily DH Drop Data Sanity Checks.
- Analyze LH/DH delay data.
- Prepare and present performance reports to RMs for corrective actions.
- Conduct Monthly Vendor Performance Analysis.
- Conduct Cluster-wise Vendor Performance Analysis using manual data.
- Follow up with facilities for timely completion of BAU activities.
- Maintain tracker and RCA updation and follow-up.
- Identify operational gaps and coordinate with stakeholders for resolution.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Preferred experience in Logistics, Line Haul or Supply Chain.
- Strong understanding of Line Haul operations and performance monitoring.
- Experience in data analysis and operational reporting.
- Experience with vendor performance analysis and management.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
