📌 Job Description
BigBasket is hiring an Executive Trainer for an immediate requirement in RR Nagar & Kengeri, Bangalore.
The role is suitable for candidates with 1+ years of classroom training experience, preferably from the e-commerce, retail or logistics industries, with strong communication skills.
The Executive Trainer will conduct process and soft-skills training, support employee skill improvement, maintain training calendars and records, monitor floor performance through OJT, and coordinate training activities with Operations teams.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training programs, including process and soft-skills training, for employees.
- Guide and contribute to process and skill improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly training calendars.
- Ensure training data and records are accurately maintained for all training activities.
- Customize training content based on regional requirements and business needs.
- Monitor floor performance through On-the-Job Training (OJT) and provide necessary support.
- Coordinate and manage all assigned training activities effectively. Maintain and manage training assets responsibly.
- Suggest appropriate modifications and improvements to training content to the Corporate Training Team, as and when required.
- Plan and execute training programs and training calendars in close coordination with Operations teams for both new joiners and existing associates through refresher training.
- Ensure training assets and resources are available on time and utilized effectively.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Any graduation is required.
- 1+ years of classroom training experience.
- Experience preferably in e-commerce, retail or logistics industries.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be comfortable setting up and developing a training function in the region.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Experience in high-growth organizations with an entrepreneurial mindset is an added advantage.
- Ability to collaborate and influence multiple Training Team members, regional stakeholders and the Corporate Training Team.
- Languages required: English, Kannada and Hindi.
- Male candidates are preferred.
- Candidate should be comfortable with extensive travel across 5–6 stores.
