- HR Business Partner (HRBP) – 5–7 years of experience
- HR Operations – 5–7 years of experience
Candidates should have an IT / Software Services background with good hands-on experience in their respective areas.
The roles are based in Noida and require working on-site, 5 days a week. Only candidates who can join immediately or within 7 days should apply.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
HR Business Partner (HRBP)
- Handle HR Business Partner responsibilities within an IT / Software Services environment.
- Apply hands-on HRBP experience to support business and employee requirements.
- Partner with relevant stakeholders on HR matters.
- Manage assigned HRBP activities based on business requirements.
HR Operations
- Handle HR Operations responsibilities within an IT / Software Services environment.
- Manage assigned HR operations activities effectively.
- Apply hands-on experience in HR Operations to support business requirements.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders on HR operational matters.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Experience required: 5–7 years.
- Applicable to both HRBP and HR Operations openings.
- Candidates must have an IT / Software Services background.
- Good hands-on experience in the respective HR functional area.
- Must be available to work on-site in Noida.
- Working schedule: 5 days a week.
- Only immediate joiners to 7-day notice period candidates should apply.
