📋 Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day store operations and sales activities.
- Deliver strong customer handling and customer experience.
- Drive retail sales and support store performance.
- Manage and coordinate store teams for Store Manager positions.
- Maintain strong store operations standards.
- Use communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and teams.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Experience in EBOs within Luxury / Bridge-to-Luxury Fashion, Footwear & Accessories brands.
- Strong store operations and sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills and personality.
- Strong customer handling skills.
- Strong team management skills.
- Graduation is mandatory for the Store Manager role.

- Team Management: Strong team handling and management skills, particularly for the Store Manager role.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fashion Retail: Understanding of luxury and premium fashion retail environments.
- Leadership: Ability to manage store activities and support team performance.
