Pantaloons (ABFRL) is looking for an energetic Store HRBP to manage people operations and support the store team in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.
Retail / FMCG experience is preferred for this position.
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition for frontline retail hiring, including minimum-wage employees.
- Manage employee onboarding.
- Maintain and update HRMS.
- Handle payroll and attendance processes.
- Support people operations and the store team.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 2–4 years.
- Qualification: MBA HR Mandatory.
- Industry Experience: Retail / FMCG experience preferred.
- Experience in frontline retail talent acquisition is relevant to the role.
- Experience with HRMS, payroll and attendance processes is relevant to the role.
