Flipkart is hiring for FC (Fulfilment Center) Operations at Farukhnagar & Binola under Diversity Hiring.
The role involves managing daily inbound and outbound orders, ensuring quality in material receiving, handling WOM (Warehouse Order Management) and inventory management, leading supervisors and a large task force, and driving operational quality and efficiency.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Process daily inbound and outbound orders.
- Ensure materials are received using appropriate methods with utmost quality.
- Manage WOM (Warehouse Order Management) and inventory management.
- Handle a team of Supervisors and a large task force.
- Control inventory levels through physical counts and reconciliation with the data storage system.
- Provide on-the-job training to warehouse staff.
- Perform data analysis and prepare reports.
- Focus on process improvement, cost efficiency and operational quality.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- B.Tech or MBA qualification.
- FC (Fulfilment Center) experience is preferred.
- Experience in warehouse operations is relevant to the role.
- Ability to handle supervisors and a large task force.
