Grant Thornton Bharat is strengthening its Government & Public Sector (GPS) team with a specific focus on North India.
The organization is looking for mid and senior-level professionals with 8–15+ years of experience who can lead high-impact government transformation programmes across public finance, healthcare, citizen-centric schemes, procurement transformation and large-scale government IT and digital transformation.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact government transformation programmes.
- Work across Public Financial Management (PFM), PFMS and IFMS programmes.
- Contribute to Government Health & Insurance transformation initiatives.
- Support Citizen-Centric Schemes and related government programmes.
- Drive WAMS & Procurement Transformation initiatives.
- Contribute to large-scale Government IT and Digital Transformation programmes.
- Manage government stakeholders and programme leadership responsibilities.
- Support business development and large government proposals.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 8–15+ years of professional experience.
- Mid and senior-level professionals are invited to apply.
- Strong Central Government and/or State Government consulting experience.
- Experience in government transformation programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management and programme leadership capabilities.
- Exposure to business development and large government proposals.
- Experience in one or more of the specified GPS focus areas is relevant.
