Hiring for a GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) Analyst for a fully remote opportunity across India. The position is offered on a 12-month contract, extendable up to 24 months.
The role requires knowledge of governance, risk and compliance processes, including SOX Compliance, User Access Reviews (UAR), IT General Controls (ITGC) and risk and controls assessment.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Support Governance, Risk & Compliance activities.
- Work with SOX Compliance requirements.
- Perform or support User Access Reviews (UAR).
- Work with IT General Controls (ITGC).
- Support IT compliance, governance, risk and controls activities.
- Contribute to risk and controls assessments.
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to GRC activities.
- Demonstrate independent and critical thinking.
- Maintain a proactive and curious approach to assigned responsibilities.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Experience or knowledge in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).
- Knowledge of SOX Compliance.
- Knowledge of User Access Reviews (UAR).
- Knowledge of IT General Controls (ITGC).
- Understanding of IT Compliance, Governance, Risk and Controls.
- Understanding of Risk & Controls Assessment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Independent and critical thinking ability.
- Proactive and curious mindset.
