📌 Job Description
FirstClub is looking for a GTM Executive / Associate to support growth across Bangalore through RWA activations, local partnerships, customer acquisition and on-ground campaigns.
The role is suited for someone who enjoys execution, ownership, problem-solving, interacting with people and taking go-to-market initiatives from idea through execution to results.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Drive RWA and community activations.
- Support customer acquisition and local marketing initiatives.
- Build partnerships with RWAs and local businesses.
- Execute offers, campaigns and referral initiatives.
- Track leads, conversions, orders and ROI.
- Take GTM initiatives from idea to execution and results.
- Support on-ground campaigns and growth initiatives across Bangalore.
🎓 Eligibility & Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in GTM, Growth, Sales, Business Development, Marketing or Operations.
- Strong interest in execution and on-ground activities.
- Ability to take ownership of initiatives and drive them to completion.
- Strong problem-solving and people interaction skills.
- Ability to work across community activations, partnerships and customer acquisition initiatives.
