π Job Description
Amber Group is hiring a Head Security & Fire Safety to lead end-to-end physical security, electronic surveillance and life safety operations across regional sites.
The role will be responsible for security operations, electronic security systems, fire safety compliance, investigations, regulatory liaison, budgets and crisis response across multiple locations.
π Key Responsibilities
- Direct manned guarding operations, risk assessments and vendor SLAs.
- Oversee enterprise electronic security including CCTV, ACS and IDS.
- Maintain SOC uptime above 99%.
- Ensure 100% fire safety statutory compliance, periodic maintenance and Fire NOCs.
- Lead investigations into security breaches, shrinkage and fraud.
- Deliver detailed Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) for security incidents.
- Maintain direct liaison with Police, Fire and regulatory authorities.
- Manage regional CapEx and OpEx budgets.
- Lead crisis response activities across regional sites.
- Manage physical security, electronic surveillance and life safety operations end-to-end.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate qualification.
- 12+ years of experience in industrial security/fire safety.
- Minimum 5+ years of multi-site leadership experience.
- EMS experience will be an added advantage.
- Ex-Defence / Paramilitary background valued.
- CPP / PSP certifications preferred.
- Strong expertise in VMS, biometric access and fire systems.
- Strong MS Office skills.
- Knowledge of AI analytics and training capabilities.
