DanCenter is expanding its Villa Operations Team and is looking for passionate and service-oriented Hospitality Professionals to join its operations across multiple locations.
The openings cover villa operations, housekeeping, front office and F&B functions.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
🏡 Villa / Operations Manager
- Support villa and day-to-day operations.
- Ensure smooth operational activities and guest service.
- Coordinate with relevant operational teams.
🧹 Caretaker – Housekeeping Background
- Support villa housekeeping and upkeep activities.
- Maintain service standards and guest-facing requirements.
- Coordinate day-to-day villa requirements.
🧹 Housekeeping Supervisor / Senior HK GSA
- Support housekeeping operations and service delivery.
- Coordinate housekeeping activities and operational requirements.
- Maintain guest-service standards.
🧹 GSA – Housekeeping
- Support day-to-day housekeeping activities.
- Assist in maintaining villa cleanliness and guest-ready standards.
🛎️ GSA – Front Office
- Support front-office and guest-service activities.
- Assist guests and coordinate operational requirements.
🍽️ GSA – F&B
- Support food and beverage service operations.
- Assist with guest requirements and F&B activities.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Hospitality / Hotel / Villa Operations experience is preferred.
- Strong guest-service orientation.
- Good communication skills.
- Good operational skills.
- Relevant experience in housekeeping, front office, F&B or villa operations based on the position applied for.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Understanding of villa operations and day-to-day hospitality service requirements.
Strong guest-service orientation and commitment to a positive guest experience.
Relevant housekeeping experience for housekeeping and caretaker positions.
Ability to support front-office and guest-service activities.
Relevant food and beverage service skills for GSA – F&B positions.
Good communication skills for effective guest and team interaction.
Hospitality, hotel or villa operations experience is preferred.
Ability to manage day-to-day operational requirements in a hospitality environment.
