📌 Job Description
Digital Piloto Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the position of Python Developer at its Tollygunge, Kolkata office.
This is a Full-Time, Work from Office opportunity for candidates with 6 months–1 year of experience who have a strong foundation in Python and an interest or practical exposure to Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI and LLM applications.
The role involves developing Python-based applications, building Generative AI and LLM-powered solutions, developing AI Agents and Agentic AI workflows, implementing RAG applications, creating REST APIs with FastAPI, and working with Azure services, Docker and external APIs.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Python-based applications using Pandas, NumPy and modern development practices.
- Build and integrate Generative AI and LLM-powered applications using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI and related technologies.
- Develop AI Agents and Agentic AI workflows using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
- Design and implement RAG-based applications using embeddings, vector databases, semantic search and knowledge retrieval systems.
- Develop REST APIs using FastAPI.
- Integrate applications with external APIs, databases, cloud platforms and Azure services.
- Support Machine Learning and AI application development.
- Perform testing, debugging, optimization, logging, validation and exception handling.
- Improve application performance and reliability.
- Containerize and deploy applications using Docker.
- Collaborate with development and AI teams.
- Research emerging technologies in Generative AI, LLMs and Agentic AI.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- 6 months–1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of Python fundamentals and ability to write clean, maintainable Python code.
- Understanding of Machine Learning and AI concepts.
- Hands-on exposure to LLM and Generative AI applications.
- Practical experience in Python development, AI/ML projects, LLM or Generative AI applications is an advantage.
- Experience with LangChain or LangGraph is a plus.
- Experience with FastAPI and API integrations is a plus.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Must be based in Kolkata because this is an on-site position.
