Barbeque Nation is expanding its HR team and inviting applications from dynamic HR professionals for the position of HR Business Partner (HRBP) in Bengaluru.
This opportunity is suitable for candidates with 2–4 years of experience in HR business partnering or HR generalist roles. Relevant experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or Retail industry is mandatory.
The selected candidate will support HR operations, employee engagement, people management, and other HR activities across a fast-paced, multi-location business. The role requires strong coordination skills, the ability to work with diverse teams, and a willingness to travel according to business needs.

- HR Business Partnering: Support business teams with HR activities and people-related requirements.
- HR Operations: Coordinate day-to-day HR operations and support consistent implementation of HR processes.
- Employee Engagement: Support initiatives that improve employee engagement, workplace culture, and employee experience.
- People Management: Work with business teams to address employee-related concerns and support effective people management.
- Multi-Location HR Support: Manage HR activities across locations in a fast-paced business environment.
