IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd) is hiring an HR Business Partner to support a large frontline workforce comprising Cabin Crew and Pilots based at Delhi Airport.
The role involves partnering closely with business leaders to strengthen employee relations, employee engagement, workforce effectiveness, talent outcomes, and overall organizational health. Candidates with substantial HRBP experience supporting large employee populations are preferred.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to support workforce effectiveness and organizational health.
- Support employee relations and employee engagement initiatives.
- Contribute to recruitment and workforce planning activities.
- Support performance management and talent outcomes.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across business and HR teams.
- Support HR requirements for a large frontline workforce, including Cabin Crew and Pilots.
- Work from Delhi Airport five days a week in line with the mandatory location requirement.
🎯 Eligibility Criteria
- 12+ years of HR Business Partner experience supporting large employee populations is preferred.
- Strong experience in employee relations and employee engagement is preferred.
- Experience in recruitment and performance management is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management experience is preferred.
- Experience in aviation, hospitality, retail, operations, or other environments with large frontline workforces is an added advantage.
- Candidates must be able to work from Delhi Airport five days a week. This requirement is non-negotiable.
