Artson Limited, a Tata Enterprise, is looking for an enthusiastic HR professional for its Talent Acquisition function in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and a proactive approach to hiring.
Candidates with 1–2 years of experience, an MBA in HR and exposure to the Oil & Gas or manufacturing industry are encouraged to apply. Immediate joiners are preferred.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination and selection.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Handle salary negotiations, approvals and offer releases.
- Manage pre-joining formalities, documentation and onboarding.
- Ensure a smooth and timely recruitment process.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- MBA in Human Resources (HR).
- 1–2 years of relevant HR or talent acquisition experience.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Oil & Gas or manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
