- Lead end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Manage onboarding, induction, transfers, confirmations and exits.
- Drive HR policies, labour law compliance and statutory compliance.
- Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leave and employee benefits.
- Manage performance appraisals and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle employee relations, grievances and HRMS improvements.
- Prepare HR MIS reports, dashboards and analytics.
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning.
- Lead and mentor the HR team.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 12 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
- Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience managing HR policies, labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Ability to coordinate payroll, attendance, leave and benefits processes.
- Experience with performance management, employee engagement and employee relations.
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic HR initiatives with hands-on execution.
