This opportunity is suitable for candidates with 6 months to 3 years of experience in recruitment who have hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closure.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and stakeholders.
- Support offer negotiations and hiring closure.
- Maintain effective candidate and stakeholder relationships.
- Handle multiple open positions and hiring priorities simultaneously.
