Techila Global Services is looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join the team in Pune, Magarpatta.
The role requires experience in IT Staffing and end-to-end recruitment. The position is Work From Office and candidates should be comfortable attending a face-to-face interview.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for IT requirements.
- Source and identify suitable IT candidates based on job requirements.
- Screen and evaluate candidates for relevant IT positions.
- Manage recruitment activities throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Work on IT Staffing requirements.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders during the recruitment process.
- Support timely closure of open IT positions.

- 1–4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in IT Staffing is required.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Candidate should be based in or willing to work from Pune, Magarpatta.
- Work From Office is required.
- Candidate should be available for a face-to-face interview.
