📌 Job Description
IRIS Software is looking for a Junior HR Business Partner (HRBP) in Pune for professionals passionate about employee engagement, workplace culture and creating exceptional employee experiences.
The role involves driving onboarding excellence, employee engagement, people initiatives and stakeholder partnerships, while contributing to employee lifecycle and workplace culture initiatives.
The position is based in Pune and follows a 5-day Work From Office setup. Immediate joiners are preferred.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Support and drive onboarding excellence.

- Partner with stakeholders on HR and employee-related matters.

✅ Eligibility Criteria
- 2–3 years of experience in HRBP, HR Operations, Employee Engagement or HR Generalist roles.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Exposure to the employee lifecycle.
- Exposure to culture-building initiatives.
- Exposure to people programs.
- Interest in employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Candidate should be comfortable working 5 days from office in Pune.
